Congress Park is open to the public year round, and it's a great spot to relax for a few hours or enjoy events and activities. Here are just some of the things you can do during your visit:

Picnic in the Park - Grab food from a local restaurant and enjoy a relaxing picnic in Congress Park.

Strolling - With so many sights to see in Congress Park, it is worth taking a leisurely stroll around the Statue of Life, the Italian Gardens, the Sundial, Spit and Spat, the War Memorial, and so much more

Snowshoeing - During winter, bring your snowshoes and go on a trip through Congress Park. The terrain is easy and perfect for beginners.

Events -All year round, Congress Park is full of activity and special events of all kinds. From live music concerts to art shows to summer festivals, there is always something happening in the park! 

The Carousel - The historic wooden carousel in Congress Park is open during the day from late spring through mid fall, drawing out giggles from young and old alike.

Mineral Springs - There are a 4 mineral springs to taste in Congress Park.  Check out Congress Spring, Columbian Spring, Deer Park Spring and Hathorn #1 Spring.  Each tastes different and has different benefits.
