An official Path Through History Site! This c. 1750 historic site allows for an experience of what life was like for the Conklin family on their farm during the Colonial, Federal and Victorian years. When you visit the National Register property, occupied by the Conklin family for over 150 years, you will see the original rooms of the house which was constructed c. 1750. You will also see where Sybel Conklin and her children lived and worked while her husband David was held prisoner by the British in 1777. Enjoy exceptional period furnishings, fine arts, artifacts and objects which reflect all three time periods including a table at which George Washington enjoyed a meal in April 1790.
