Cosmic Charlie Cafe started as a wild idea between two friends, one a coffee loving local, the other a barista and chef spending time at home during the pandemic. Cardamom syrup brought them together and kicked off the start of a cafe food truck in June 2022. By December it was clear Geneseo was ready for more cosmic coffee, so we expanded into the Sunrise Bouldering building (formerly Sundance books and Gentleman Jims!)
