Planted in 2003, Croteaux’s vineyards, winery, and tasting garden are set against the backdrop of two historic farms that have been in continuous agricultural production since the 1700s. In summer, this is the perfect setting to taste and experience these delicious rosé wines. Each year brings a fresh vintage of Croteaux rosés, which are released in March and sold out by fall. Made from estate-grown Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Sauvignon Blanc, these wines combine the traditional tastes of southern France with the distinct seaside style and agrarian history of the North Fork. From vine to bottle, efforts are focused on making dry, crisp, fun-to-drink wines, with every sip filled with the distinct, natural flavors of each variety.
