In the late 1800s, Cuba, New York was known as "the cheese center of the world". Today, the Cuba Cheese Shoppe continues the tradition. They offer a large selection of cheeses as well as specialty food products (summer sausage, pepperoni, mustard, spices, chocolates, jams, candies) and kitchen gadgets.
