BlackBird Cider Works is proud to be Niagara County’s first sole craft hard cider producer. Nestled on a beautiful farm overlooking Lake Ontario, BlackBird produces hard ciders made from apples grown in their own estate orchard. They offer a variety of cider styles including those made from certified organic apples. Stop by the cidery for a pint of fresh made orchard to glass cider and/or cider tasting, grab some BlackBird retail or take an orchard tour (must be scheduled ahead of time).
