Located in the historic artists' community of Clearwater Beach East Hampton, NY, this World Class Villa provides exclusive access to the private and pristine Clearwater Bay Beach and Marina. And yet the property is only a short drive to the bustling East Hampton and Amagansett Villages. Complimentary parking passes for Ocean and Bay Beaches are provided.

With only two rooms in a quiet, rural locale, The Art House is the perfect getaway. The Art House offers all the amenities of a five star inn or hotel in an exclusive private boutique setting. Enjoy beautifully appointed rooms, 66 foot pool, hot tub with waterfall, wading pool, and indoor Endless Pool.

In our landscaped courtyard garden, private and communal seating areas offer relaxation and serenity. A complimentary Gourmet Breakfast is served each morning and a fully stocked 24hr Butler's Pantry is always at the guests' disposal. Other Amenities include: a large communal living room with cozy fireplace and board games, full gym, game room with HDTV, Blue-Ray, Wii; a bar lounge with pool table, darts, and, of course, art.

Our amazing resident proprietors/artists Rosalind Brenner and Michael Cardacino run a full concierge service, making sure our guests' needs are always met. Rosalind and Michael's Art Studios are also located in the expansive Villa and guests are welcome to tour the studios anytime.
