Eli Fish Brewing Company



The first commercial brewery in Batavia in nearly 100 yrs. They offer a selection of house brews along with other New York State produced beers, spirits, and wines. A full dining menu, large brew hall, beautiful bar, indoor bocce, and a great place to make new friends. The seven-barrel brewhouse steam-powered system includes four fermenters and one Brite tank. There are 20 lines total. The rest is New York State-produced beers. With a brewpub license, they can sell everything you would find in a regular bar. Also home to the "FreshLAB", the first restaurant incubator of its kind in the Finger Lakes Region which includes the micro-brewery and food creation stations that feature locally-sourced farm fresh ingredients served food-hall style. Customers who come into Eli Fish will have access to three different menus. Each of the kitchens will have concession windows. Eli Fish offers a full bar, complete with craft cocktails, spirits, and ciders, most of which come from New York state.
