Enchanted Mountain Spirits opened its doors in 2016. It’s known as a little slice of Ireland in the middle of Jamestown. Mick O’Neill is the Head Distiller and President. His business partner, Matt Moore acts as the Business Consultant.  Enchanted Mountain Spirits produces Knockboy Poteen, Knockboy Vodka and O'Connor's Mamma Juana. They are the epitome of a hand-crafted, small batch distillery from hand filtering, filling, labeling, waxing, stamping and numbering the roughly 60 bottle batches of each spirit.
