Hawksmoor



Hawksmoor was inspired by a labor of love to find the best possible beef and perfect the seemingly simple art of cooking steak. The menu revolves around all-natural beef from family-run farms, many based in upstate New York, Pennsylvania, and New England, simply seasoned with flaked sea salt and seared over live-fire charcoal. Hawksmoor's home, near Gramercy Park in the historic United Charities Building—which was closed from public view for over a century—boasts a 26-foot vaulted ceiling, a 35-seat bar, and two private dining spaces.
