Puff, puff, toot, toot! Off we go to the Erie Depot Museum! The museum opened for business in March 2006 in the former Erie Railroad Depot on Loder Street in Hornell, NY. With more than 700 artifacts on display, the Erie Depot Museum focuses on the railroad's history and the people who made it all possible. Display coordinator and city historian, Collette Cornish, along with city planner, Heather Reynolds, have assembled, catalogued and organized all the memorabilia into fascinating displays. The Erie Depot Museum is open Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 6p.m. – 8 p.m. and Saturdays from 12:30 p.m. – 3 p.m.
