Kashkaval Garden offers a casual, relaxed, and rustic environment in which to enjoy wines, cocktails and Mediterranean-inspired food in Hell's Kitchen. Appetizers include homemade tapas with hot pita; grilled halloumi cheese sticks served with tomato-harissa dipping sauce; peppadews, spicy-sweet peppers stuffed with feta and mint or goat cheese and basil; and kale salad with figs and Pecorino. Move on to fondues made with Bulgarian Kashkaval cheese, classic gruyère, and truffle. Enjoy skewers of marinated chicken, lamb kofte, salmon in grape leaves, grilled vegetables, “Impossible” meatballs or grilled octopus. Finish things off with baklava or a chocolate torte.
