Kashkaval Garden


Since 2004, Kashkaval Garden has offered a casual, relaxed environment in which to enjoy wines, cocktails and Mediterranean food in Hell's Kitchen. Appetizers include baked brie with red wine reduction and pear; grilled halloumi cheese sticks served with tomato-harissa dipping sauce; and peppadews, spicy-sweet peppers stuffed with feta and mint or goat cheese and basil. Move on to fondues made with Bulgarian Kashkaval cheese or gruyère, or skewers of chicken, lamb, salmon, “Impossible” meatballs or grilled octopus.
