The Kashong Conservation Area is a network of 84 acres of former farmland that is in various stages of reforestation. Currently there is a mix of hardwood forests, brush lands, fields and also a tributary to Seneca Lake. There are 2.75 miles of hiking and cross country skiing trails and the higher elevation provide views of Seneca Lake.
