- Description About Lake Ontario Event and Conference Center overlooks the Oswego Harbor, Lake Ontario and historic downtown Oswego, and adjacent to hotels, restaurants, and attractions. Located on Route 481 just 35 miles from the Syracuse Airport, along Seaway Trail. 10,000 square feet of flexible meeting and banquet space, with seating for up to 600 people. Our extensive built-in audio/visual technology, is convenient and simple-to-use, with Kramer control panels providing easy operation for your event. The Lake Ontario Event and Conference Center A/V & Network Technology includes: Amplified Sound System Audio Visual Connections: HDMI, VGA,RCA & Component 5 Ceiling Mounted Electronic Controlled LCD Projectors featuring native XGA to SXGA with 3k-7k lumens Kramer Control Panels Wired and Wireless Microphones at all 5 Projection Screens 5 Motorized Electronic Projection Screens State of the Art Meru Wireless High-Speed Internet Access throughout the entire facility High Speed Ethernet Internet access Connections at all Projection Screen locations. 20Mb Fiber Optic Internet Backbone Cat6 550Mhz network infrastructure The Lake Ontario Event and Conference Center also ensures the fastest in internet connectivity and speed. A network of Fiber Optic and Ethernet (Category 6/550Mhz cabling) make up the backbone of the Conference Center’s network, connecting each meeting room to our network. The conference center offers both wired and wireless Internet connections with speeds up to 20 Mbps. Our “state of the art” internal switched network works at speeds up to 1000 Mbps, with 100/1000 Mbps hardware, offering you fast connections.
