Located right on the St. Lawrence River with views of Boldt Castle, Sunken Rock Lighthouse and the main shipping channel. Enjoy six acres of landscaped grounds plus decks, docks and gazebos - all great for watching the river, as well as fishing. An in ground pool is available to cool off from the summer heat and there are outdoor fire pits to warm up under the stars. Plenty of open space to play catch, lawn games or just walk along the water. Grills, picnic area and docks available. Less than a mile from downtown Alexandria Bay - a 15 minute walk or quick drive to the attractions - but because Ledges has 6 quite acres you have the best of both worlds: convenience and privacy. The Marina has both seasonal dockage and transient dockage for cottage guests. We have 30 amps shore power, water at the docks. On site boater restrooms and showers available.
