Partners Randi Lee and Delfin Jaranilla opened Leland Eating & Drinking House in 2020, serving “New York Mediterranean” fare. It's healthy without foregoing flavor and most ingredients are sourced within 100 miles of Leland. Leland bakes fresh bread in-house daily, butchers fish and meats nose-to-tail and ferments and pickles through the seasons. They offer a whole animal butchery class and tasting dinner monthly. Leland supports small-batch wines, spirits, and beers and offers a vermouth service with 40 brands and an amaro collection.
