The Livingston County Historical Society is an educational institution whose purpose is to present, promote, preserve, and value the rich history of Livingston County via its collections, programming, and partnerships. Built in 1838, the Cobblestone Schoolhouse now houses the Livingston County Historical Society Museum. The museum's extensive collections and exhibits include Native American artifacts, agricultural and household objects, military items, old toys, a Concord Coach, and antique fire equipment.
