Madison County Historical Society

An official Path Through History Site! This Gothic Revival house, built in 1849, by the prolific 10th century architect, Alexander Jefferson Davis, is on the National Register of Historic Places. It features period furnishings, and a genealogical library. The Madison County Historical Society collects, preserves, interprets and exhibits the history of Madison County and its fifteen towns and City of Oneida. Each year the society hosts a craft fair, hops fest and a Victorian Christmas Open House.
