Centrally located in Auburn, NY on the pedestrian stretch in front of the Auburn Public Theater. Next Chapter Brewery draws you in with a comfy lounge area, a fireplace where you can linger and enjoy their fantastic offering of beer and brick fire pizza. We are open for business selling on-site brewed beer, other local beer, local wine, local cider, and local liquor. We have wood-fired pizza, burgers, salads, small plates, char grilled chicken wings, and paninis hand crafted on site. We feature live music every Friday and Saturday night with an occasional Thursday night too.
