A culinary venture through Nice in the fall of 2002 inspired partners Simon Oren (Marseille, Sushi Samba and L’Express) and chef Andy d’Amico (Sign of the Dove and Little Dove) to open Nice Matin in 2003. The Upper West Side restaurant features an extensive breakfast, lunch, brunch and dinner menu whose influences pull from the cuisine of the coastal city in southern France.
