Nudibranch, named after the species of colorful and diverse sea slugs, is a Korean-Spanish restaurant that serves thoughtful small plates and juicy wines in a chic space in the East Village...plus cocktails and porrons. Owned by chefs Jeffrey Kim and Matthew Lee, Nudibranch was a winner of Esquire magazine's Top 40 New restaurants in America 2022, and The Infatuation’s Best New Restaurants in New York 2022.
