Queen City Bike Ferry runs seven days a week from noon until 7:30 pm, from Canalside to the Small Boat Harbor. Operates from Memorial Day to Labor Day. $1 ride across the inner harbor. Cash only. With or without bikes! It is the easiest way to get from Canalside to the Outer Harbor.
