Located on the Wine Trail of the North Fork, this 8,000-square-foot cidery serves up their own signature cider recipes as well as others all from the New York tri-state area. They serve local craft brews and wine as well. Offering a retail space with their own designed apparel and bottles of wine and cider available for purchase. Stop by the Core Cafe and enjoy one gourmet pizzas, soups, sandwiches, charcuterie platters or home-baked goods.
