Salty Soul Yoga

Located on Long Island NY, launching from 7 locations. Salty Soul offers classes Memorial Day through Labor Day at The Waterfront Center in Oyster Bay, Heckscher State Park, Tanner Park, Gilgo Beach, Glen Cove and Steers Beach. Indoor pool classes are available year-round inside of the Glen Cove Mansion at the MYW Studio and Spa. Along with four new locations, The Omni Fitness Center in Uniondale, Farmingdale Middle School, the JCC in Oceanside and East Hills. Our main goal is to help your mind and body connect, developing your own healthy and spiritual process. Our practice is one of a kind and caters to a broad range of clientele.
