Producing pure New York Maple Syrup, Smokey Hollow offers live demonstrations on Maple Syrup production, free samples and, of course, Maple Syrup. A high-tech maple operation with a reverse osmosis machine. The evaporator has a Max Flue Pan with Steam-Away. All taps are on blue plastic line vacuum. Just follow the sweet smell to the sugar shack.
