Our farm distillery offers handcrafted from New York State grains and fruits. Our spirits are created with Springbrook Hollow water from the Adirondack Mountains. Sample from Two Sisters Vodka, made from wheat with no additives; Sly Fox Gin, enjoy neat, on the rocks or in a favorite cocktail and Howl at the Apple Moonshine, an apple pie in a glass - serve over ice cream or a Hot Toddy; Howl at the Maple Moonshine, each sip reminds of maple syrup on snow, pour over ice cream or serve in a Hot Toddy. Two Sisters Lemoncello, made with only the zest - a nice addition to desserts and foods; Two Sisters Orangecello, using only the zest and blending with our Two Sisters Vodka enjoy in foods and desserts or ice cold with a mixer. Adirondack High Rye Bourbon, a finish long and rich and a balance between dry and sweet; Adirondack Blended Straight Bourbon, a smooth, full bodied whiskey. Cowboy Coffee, Madagascar vanilla beans, locally roasted cold brew coffee from Kru coffee and unprocessed Adirondack spring water. Tours and tastings are available, you must be 21 years or age to sample and purchase our products. We welcome dogs - we ask you keep them on a leash. We are a non-smoking facility.
