Springbrook Hollow Farm Distillery offers award winning spirits handcrafted from New York State grains and created with unprocessed spring water from Springbrook Hollow in the Adirondacks Mountains. Try our Two Sisters Vodka, made from wheat with no additives. Enjoy our Sly Fox Gin on the rocks, or in a favorite cocktail. Our Howl at the Apple Moonshine is an apple pie in a glass. We also have Howl at the Maple Moonshine, each sip reminiscent of maple syrup on snow. Both are great additions to any cocktail and can be served over ice cream or in a Hot Toddy. Our Two Sisters Limoncello & Orangecello is crafted with only the zest of the fruit and blended with our Two Sisters Vodka. It is best enjoyed ice cold or with a mixer and is also a nice addition to desserts. Our Cowboy Coffee, made with Two Sisters Vodka, Madagascar vanilla beans and locally roasted cold brew coffee from Kru Coffee, makes an amazing Espresso Martini or is delicious on its own. Our Bourbon line includes Adirondack High Rye Bourbon, with a finish long and rich, it is a balance between dry and sweet. We offer Adirondack Blended Straight Bourbon, a smooth, full bodied whiskey. And we have an Adirondack Apple Flavored Whiskey to enjoy. Tours and tastings are available, you must be 21 years of age to sample and purchase our products. Dogs on leash are welcome.
