Stoutridge Distillery and Winery

Stoutridge is an award-winning, family-owned, state-of-the-art distillery and winery. Established in 2000 and designed with sustainability in mind, the production facility is built into the hillside enabling gravity winemaking from the press pad through to the bottle. The resulting unfiltered, minimal intervention, food-friendly wines are unique and serve as the perfect base for their award-winning brandies. All production and packaging activities occur on site and their small-batch craft processes produce a broad portfolio of whiskeys, gins, liqueurs, and absinthes. They are one of the few distilleries in the US to craft their own malt and use a direct fired pot still and open top wooden fermenters to create single malt and blended whiskies. When you make the pilgrimage to visit you will experience the care and time invested to create Stoutridge. A walk outside will highlight the exceptional grounds that include native plants and a restored local ecosystem.
