Sweet Basil Cafe serves Cambodian cuisine that we cook fresh and from the heart. What is Cambodian food? Like other Southeast Asian cuisines, Cambodian food is a balance of sweet, bitter, sour and salty flavors. It is only mildly spicy or not spicy at all and uses less fish sauce than in Vietnamese cuisine and always uses fresh spices. Everything is fresh.
