In 1977 the Blue Ribbon Family Restaurant first opened its doors for business. Since then, the Blue Ribbon has become a landmark, and is notorious for its award-winning cheesecake. The efforts of the two brothers and their families, combined with a loyal and hard working staff gave way to early recognition. Their belief going into the restaurant business was elementary; what is good for their family is good for their customers. That core value was implemented in their menu and hospitality in the years to come.
