The Little House

Light-filled 2-story Victorian cottage with gleaming hardwood floors, patio, balcony. All linens included. Downstairs: LR with foldout couch, gas fireplace; Kitchen w/electric stove/range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee-maker, refrigerator, all cookware and utensils; large hallway with closet and reading nook. Upstairs: Large master suite with king-sized bed, full bath, washer/dryer and futon.  20 minutes from Cornell, 25-30 minutes from IC, 15 minutes from Myers Park/Cayuga Lake. RATES (daily rates all with 2-night minimum):  5/1-10/31:  $140/night. Commencement weekend rate: $225/night.  11/1-12/31:  $120/night.  1/1-4/30:  $95/night; $490/week; $1,150/month + utilities and media (multiple months possible during this period). We would be happy to negotiate longer stays with you. From January 1 through April 30 may be booked as an entire block, at $1,150/month.
