Founded in 2015 - Toss & Fire is a Neapolitan inspired wood-fired pizza concept with 2 restaurant locations and food trucks in CNY. Our unique combinations come to life inside our imported wood-fired ovens from Modena, Italy. Pizzas bake in just a matter of 90+ seconds in our 1000 degree ovens. This is the way pizza was always intended to be made and we love keeping that tradition alive.
