Zambistro opened in 2006 by Culinary Institute of America Graduate Michael Zambito who returned to his hometown to provide Medina with the Ultimate Dining Experience he felt the locals deserved. Chef/Owner Michael uses local seasonal ingredients and wines to compliment his Refined American Comfort Cuisine with an Old-World Italian Family Root. The popular bistro has a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, and the public is invited to experience the menu and wine list.
