The Cleveland House, located in Naples, N.Y., is a historic home listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Built in 1794 by Revolutionary War officer Captain Ephraim Cleveland, it is one of the earliest frame houses in the village and remains close to its original condition.
Designed as a five-bay vernacular Federal-style frame house, the building reflects early American architecture and craftsmanship. Today, it operates as a house museum, preserving the story of Naples’ early residents and offering visitors a unique opportunity to step back in time.
The Cleveland House is maintained by the Naples Historical Society and continues to serve as an important cultural and educational resource. Private tours are available by appointment for $10 per person, offering an in-depth look at this historic home.
