Kissaki means “point of a sword” or “cutting edge” in Japanese, both of which apply here since the sushi bar is curved like a knife blade and executive chef Edgar Valerio (formerly of Jewel Bako) mixes traditional and nontraditional flavor and technique to create inventive omakase. Dinner omakase menus are offered for $150 for 15 courses or $80 for 10-course omakase, while a la carte sushi is also available at the cocktail bar.
