Stay with us at Twin Gables, a historic Victorian boutique hotel nestled in the heart of the Town of Woodstock. This 19th-century home was established as an inn in 1926 by Mr. & Mrs. Alfred Daiber of Brooklyn, NY and has been welcoming travelers ever since. It was an unprecedented time in Woodstock’s history — the beginning of the Byrdcliffe Arts Colony — which served as a Utopian artists’ community, attracting free-spirits and bohemians from around the world. Located in the heart of town on Tinker Street, we are within walking distance of the best restaurants, shops, and music venues in Woodstock. Take a hike on the Comeau Trail right behind our property and enjoy the natural scenery of the Catskills Mountains in Upstate New York.
