The entrant hereby consents to the release and disclosure by the New York State Department of Economic Development (the “Department”) of any and all information provided in the entry form. Information collected in connection with this sweepstakes, including email addresses, may be used for the Department’s tourism-related mailings regarding vacationing in New York State, and shall not be resold to third parties for any other use whatsoever.

Employees and their immediate families of the New York State Department of Economic Development, and the New York State Urban Development Corporation d/b/a Empire State Development Corporation (“ESD”), and Saratoga Performing Arts Center (“SPAC”), are not eligible to enter such sweepstakes. Immediate family shall be defined as spouse and children.

Open to legal residents of the continental United States.

In order to obtain entry into the sweepstakes, Participants must 1) follow @iloveny and @spacsaratoga on Instagram or Facebook; 2) “like” the specified contest post made by @iloveny on Instagram or Facebook (this post will be made at the start of the sweepstakes entry period and will feature photos from SPAC); 3) make a comment on the specified contest post made by @iloveny on Instagram or Facebook, @tagging one other account on Instagram or Facebook, and 4) navigate to a webpage at https://www.iloveny.com/saratoga-performing-arts-center-sweepstakes/, fill in the required contact information, and click submit.

Sweepstakes prizes listed are subject to availability.

Only one entry per person for the duration of the promotion is permissible. Valid contest entries must contain all information requested. Incomplete entries will be disqualified.

Entrants must be 18 years of age or older to participate.

Winning entrants will be randomly selected by drawing at a time and location to be determined by the Department. Odds of winning this sweepstakes will be determined based on the overall number of entries. Entrants need not be present to win. The Department shall make two attempts to contact the winning entrants. In the event that a winning entrant does not respond after a second attempt, the Department may select an alternate winner. All decisions of Department personnel regarding the picking of the winner shall be final. Winners will be contacted by a representative from SPAC via email and/or phone call.

There will be 30 (thirty) winning entrants, and 1 (one) grand prize winner. The total value of the other prizes will range from $128 - $278, with specific values noted below for each prize.

The 1 (one) grand prize winner will win a VIP experience including 2 (two) tickets from their choice of opening-night performance (from the list below), VIP Pine’s Terrace access, a hotel stay, and a SPAC swag bag. Performance options are as follows:
- The New York City’s Ballet’s opening night performance of Balanchine’s “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” on Wednesday July 8, 2026 at 7:30pm
- The total value of the grand prize is $780.
- The Philadelphia Orchestra’s opening night performance of Tchaikovsky Spectacular on Wednesday, August 5, 2026 at 7:30pm

No changes or substitutions to the prizes are allowed. The Department may substitute components in prize packs for items of similar value based on availability at its discretion. All prizes are final.

The New York State Department of Economic Development or their agents are not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected entries or for miscommunications, misdirected transmissions, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic.

This sweepstakes is void wherever restricted or prohibited by state or local laws.

By entering, participants release and hold harmless the State of New York, Urban Development Corporation d/b/a Empire State Development Corporation and the Department of Economic Development, agencies employed by the Department, as well as any directors, officers or employees of these organizations from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the contest.

If for any reason the sweepstakes is not capable of being conducted as planned, including any causes beyond the control of the administrators of the sweepstakes, the New York State Department of Economic Development reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, suspend or terminate the sweepstakes without notice to the entrants.

Entry into the sweepstakes does not create any vested right or interest for the participants in the prizes offered for the sweepstakes.
