Established in 1935, the Roosevelt Baths & Spa opened thanks to President Franklin Roosevelt’s visionary act to preserve the Saratoga Springs area. Authentic and historic, today the Roosevelt Baths & Spa offers a singular and transforming hydrotherapy spa experience.

It begins with a private soak in Saratoga’s naturally effervescent water. Guests will discover a delightfully buoyant quality to the mineral water, and revel in Saratoga’s signature brand of aquatic bliss. The mineral water is captured cold from underground springs, then mixed with warm fresh water to a neutral temperature for maximum benefits.

The Roosevelt Baths & Spa offers 42 original treatment rooms and a complete menu of services, including mineral baths, massages, facials, scrubs, body wraps, and a full-service salon.

Spa guests and those staying at The Gideon Putnam enjoy complimentary use of the spa’s relaxation room, steam room and locker room facilities.

New York Spa Hours The Roosevelt Baths & Spa is open daily from 9 am to 7 pm, unless otherwise noted. Closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Advance reservations for services are required.
