Andover Maple Festival: April 5-6 (Chautauqua-Allegheny)

Celebrate all things maple at the 50th Annual Andover Maple Festival! Sample all kinds of maple goodies like syrup, candy, and cotton candy, dig into a fluffy stack of pancakes topped with local syrup, and catch boiling-down demos. The fun doesn’t stop there! Lyndhurst in Bloom: April 5-6 (Hudson Valley)

From April 5-6, admire one of America’s finest Gothic Revival mansions decked out in beautiful botanical displays. Visitors will experience a wonderland of color and texture as they take a self-guided stroll through the mansion’s three floors. In addition to the elaborately-decorated mansion, the weekend also includes a spring market with over 30 vendors offering plants, flowers, gardens, and gift-related items. Waterdrinker Tulip Festival: April 13-May 5 (Long Island)

Get ready for a weekend blooming with vibrant tulips and great memories at the Annual Waterdrinker Tulip Festival! Stroll through more than 2.5 million red, yellow, pink, and orange tulips spread throughout Waterdrinker’s Manorville and Riverhead farms. You’ll even get to pick some of your own to take home! Grapes and Hops Festival: April 26 (Chautauqua-Allegheny)

Calling all craft beverage connoisseurs! Check out the annual Grapes and Hops Festival taking place at Northwest Arena for a day filled with live music, great food vendors, and of course, samples of some of the best hand-crafted beer, local wine, and spirits around. Tulip Walk at Meadowbrook Farms: April 26 and May 3 (Catskills)

Celebrate spring with the vibrant colors of Meadowbrook Farms Tulip Walk! Marvel at more than 20,000 tulip blooms showcasing a stunning array of varieties. Buffalo's beloved spring celebration is back for its 12th year at the Japanese Garden in Delaware Park. Kick off Pride season from the longest elevated pedestrian bridge in the world, the Walkway Over the Hudson! From Long Island to Buffalo, there’s nowhere like New York State to celebrate Pride! June 8 marks Long Island Pride’s 35th annual parade followed by a concert and festival, as well as Capital Pride’s parade and festival in Albany’s Washington Park. On June 14, Potsdam Pride kicks off their third annual celebration featuring live music, adult and family-friendly drag shows, food, free face-painting, and local vendors. Hobart Festival of Women Writers: June 6-8 (Catskills)

For over a decade, the Hobart Festival of Women Writers has been taking over town each year for a power-packed weekend of readings, workshops, and classes. From June 14-15, Buffalo Juneteenth kicks off its 50th annual celebration, one of the largest festivals of its kind in the country! In New York City, Brooklyn’s 16th Annual Juneteenth takes place June 12-19 and Juneteenth in Queens (June 19) is honoring 160 years of Black liberation in 2025. On June 21, Potsdam holds their free Juneteenth Celebration, featuring speakers, tasty food vendors, music, dancing, art, and more.
