This year's tour invites visitors to explore some of downtown Rochester's most remarkable buildings, offering exclusive access to architectural treasures that are rarely open to the public. From soaring skyline views to beautifully restored historic interiors, guests will discover how three centuries of architecture continue to define the heart of the city.

Tour Headquarters will be located in the lobby of First Federal Plaza, where visitors can take in breathtaking panoramic views from the former Changing Seasons Restaurant, enjoy a behind-the-scenes tour of the Warm 101.3 studios with radio personality Pat Rivers, and visit the historic Reynolds Arcade.

Additional tour stops include Academy Lofts, The Powers Building, The Rockford, Hochstein Music School, contemporary downtown townhouses, and several other notable buildings that illustrate Rochester's rich architectural legacy and its ongoing revitalization. Many of these properties have been thoughtfully adapted for modern residential and commercial use while preserving their original character and craftsmanship.
