Friday, 06/27 - Wild Adriatic

Wild Adriatic is back in action, unleashing their signature rock 'n' roll energy on the world once again after a several-year hiatus. The band is known for seamlessly blending a rock 'n' roll core with a rich tapestry of influences spanning 60s and 70s blues and soul, creating a sound that's as timeless as it is captivating. A decade spent on the road playing 250 days a year whittled the band into sharp shape and cultivated an international audience with their combination of groove, grit and guitar-heavy swagger.

The group’s explosive live show continues to evolve as the core trio of Travis Gray (guitar/vocals), Rich Derbyshire (bass) & Mateo Vosganian (drums) expands to include longtime keys player Dustin DeLuke and saxophonist Mike Oehmen, promising a richer and more dynamic live experience. In today’s rock music landscape, there are rock bands with soul, there are jam bands who rock and then there is Wild Adriatic.

Friday, 07/04 - Vocal Point

Vocal Point is a curricular contemporary a cappella vocal band from South Glens Falls High School. They perform and compete with custom arrangements, many of which are arranged by student members. This past season, Vocal Point took second place in the International Championship of High School A Cappella's Northeast quarterfinal and represented the Capital District at the semifinal round. In recent years, they've had the honor to open for local events, such as the Saratoga Rock Voices, as well as national performing groups such as the Rockettes, Ben Folds, William Shatner, and Foreigner.

Friday, 07/11 - Chestnut Grove

Chestnut Grove is genre fluid rock n roll with lush harmonies, fuzzy guitars, dreamy melodies, deep pocket grooves and high energy emotional release. Each record and show effortlessly weaves through R&B, Rock N Roll, Funk, Soul, New Wave, Retro-Pop, Alternative and more with minimal limitations.

The band is led by the trio of Dee, James Daniels and John Tyler who sing and write most of the band's material. The trio graduated high school together in 2011 and have been crafting their sound and carving out a dedicated following in the North East, South East and Midwestern US for more than a decade. The band is known for making their fans feel part of one big family.

Friday, 07/18 - Reese Fullmer & The Carriage House Band

Cutting his teeth as the manager of the iconic Saratoga Springs listening room Caffè Lena, Reese Fulmer has emerged “with a poet’s sensibility rich with great storytelling and a healthy dose of irony. (Viv Nesbitt, Art of the Song) The “2023 & 2024 Americana Artist of the Year” at the Thomas Edison Music Awards, Reese and his band have become one of the fastest-rising groups in Upstate NY with expansive live albums highlighting a reputation for compelling performances. With a rotating cast of talented players, a broad and dynamic body of work, and a refusal to set anything in stone, their shows are always fresh, full of joy, and hard to describe. Think Wilco with hints of Prine and Zappa: “smart, emotionally tuned arrangements and a stage presence that balanced earnestness with unpredictability. Their live performance thrives in the liminal space between genres folk, Americana, jazz and the result is a sound that’s complex without being convoluted.” (NYSMusic)

Friday, 07/25 - Girl Blue

If you like Alanis Morissette, Brandi Carlisle, and crying in public, you’re going to love Girl Blue. Writing deeply emotional songs with strong singable hooks, singer-songwriter Arielle O’Keefe is absolutely one to watch. She’s been featured on top Spotify playlists (New Music Friday) and charts (#2 on US Viral Charts), in national commercials, and on top blogs like the Huffington Post. She has received 7 Thomas Edison Music Awards, twice receiving “Songwriter of the Year” and “Solo Act of the Year. It’s been said “she…has the kind of spark that makes stars” and, most especially as a live performer, she has an authenticity that regularly moves audience members to tears.

She is based outside of Saratoga Springs, NY. She records all her own music at home with her partner/producer Jimi W. and is funded entirely by her community of fans on Patreon and across social media.

Friday, 08/01 - Sinkane

Sinkane fuses elements of soul, prog rock, electronica, reggae, jazz and funk rock with Sudanese pop to create music inspired by his unique experiences. ‘We Belong, is the eighth studio album from Sinkane, a band led by multi-instrumentalist Ahmed Gallab. And like much of Sinkane’s previous releases, it resists genre. It’s pop. It’s funk. It’s electronic. It blends the gritty punk newness of a 70s and 80s New York with the steady, foundational soul of the rhythms of his native Sudan. The result is an album that showcases freedom, in all its forms. Freedom to create, to move, to love, to live. The we of the title is all of us. All of us who have lost and found community. All of us who have reached into the past to find our future. And ultimately, it is the sound of an artist finding his way back to himself by stretching beyond himself. “In making this album, I realized very quickly that I got a lot of freedom in not making it about myself,” Gallab says. “I realized I'm more than just me, there's all of us, all of us together. It's much more about community and much more about connecting with other people. But maybe, that's how I've kind of come to find myself.”
