Adirondack BreweryFree Admission for Disco-Themed Ice Bar in Lake George

Lake George, NY (January 22, 2026) — The grooviest winter bash in the Adirondacks is back—and this year, it’s going full disco.

Funky Ice Fest returns for its 10th anniversary with Studio 33, a disco-themed celebration inspired by legendary Studio 54 and named for the Pub’s iconic address at 33 Canada Street. The milestone event takes over Adirondack Pub & Brewery for two weekends, January 23–24 and January 30–31, celebrating a decade of ice sculptures, music, cocktails, and unforgettable winter vibes.

Admission and parking are free. The Pub will be open from 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m., with the outdoor ice bar and dance party running 4–9 p.m. each day. This year’s anniversary edition puts music front and center, featuring outdoor DJs, disco beats, and a winter dance floor, plus immersive photo ops among intricate ice sculptures carved by Adirondack Carvers Co-Op in Queensbury.

Since 2016, Funky Ice Fest has transformed winter nights into a once-a-year experience—no two years ever the same. Guests can sip handcrafted cocktails, locally brewed Adirondack Brewery beer, and Dry January-friendly non-alcoholic options, all while grooving under the disco ball and winter moon.

“Funky Ice Fest only happens once a year, and every year we reinvent it,” said John Carr, founder of Adirondack Pub & Brewery. “This 10th anniversary is about the music, the Studio 54 vibe and celebrating winter in a way you can’t find anywhere else.”

The craft cocktail menu features award-winning spirits from High Peaks Distilling, Carr’s distillery next door. Please dress warmly as temperatures are predicted in the single digits. There will be heaters outside, fireplaces,, and the outdoor patio has radiant heating. The inside of the Pub is warm and toasty.

Disco attire encouraged. Funk mandatory.
