Ballston Spa, NY – Double M’s Haunted Hayrides, the Capital Region’s top haunted attraction, is returning this fall for its 36th season of terrifying thrills, immersive experiences, and Halloween traditions that have kept guests coming back year after year.
The 2026 season kicks off on Saturday, September 19, with First Blood Opening Night, offering guests a special admission price of $31.95 plus fees and taxes compared to the regular general admission price of $44.95. Reservations are required, and guests can be among the first to experience the season’s haunted attractions.
For those looking for an extra dose of Halloween fun, the Early Scream Special returns on Saturday, September 26. Guests who arrive dressed as Ghost Face will be entered to win Double M season passes and exclusive swag. The evening will also feature reduced admission, giveaways, door prizes, a live DJ, and full access to the haunted hayride and haunted houses.
Families and younger Halloween fans can enjoy a daytime celebration during Little Monsters Days on October 3 and October 10 (rain dates October 4 and October 11). This not-so-spooky experience turns down the scares and turns up the fun with a kid-friendly hayride, bounce houses, carnival games, coloring stations, face painting, costumed characters, photo opportunities, dancing, family-friendly entertainment, and more. Costumes are encouraged. Admission is $15 per person plus fees and taxes, while children under age 1 are free.
Guests can brave six terrifying attractions this season, including:
Haunted Hayride – A tractor-drawn journey through haunted woods filled with unexpected scares, eerie scenes, and creatures lurking around every corner.
Blood Moon Farm – A terrifying cornfield experience where visitors must escape the horrors hidden deep within the rows.
Dead Root Dwelling – A twisted woodland cabin where ancient secrets, dark rituals, and supernatural forces await.
The Last Inn – A once welcoming retreat transformed into a terrifying maze where guests may not find their way back out.
Doom County FEARgrounds – A nightmarish carnival experience where the games have disappeared and the creatures have taken over.
Martin’s Memorial Hospital – A horrifying abandoned medical facility where twisted experiments and terrifying encounters await.
Attractions are recommended for guests ages 10 and older. The haunted hayride lasts approximately 30–40 minutes, with the full experience, including walk-through attractions, lasting about an hour. Double M operates on a reservation system to help manage crowds and provide the best possible guest experience.
