Farmstead Hudson ValleyThe New Seasonal Collection Celebrates Hudson Valley Food and Craft, Offering a Taste of the Makers and Communities Behind the Region’s Culinary Culture

Stockport, NY (August, 2026) – From the small businesses of downtown Ellenville to the restaurants, shops and makers of Hudson and Columbia County, the Hudson Valley’s culinary identity is shaped by the people growing, cooking and creating throughout the region.

Farmstead Hudson Valley® brings a taste of that community together in Our Summer Table, the second limited-edition seasonal gift box from its Grown & Gathered collection celebrating the farmers, makers and craftspeople of the Hudson Valley.

Inspired by long lunches that stretch into the afternoon and easy evening meals as the light fades, Our Summer Table features food and tablewares from makers across the region, including cold stone-ground Dijon mustard from Ellenville, roasted vegetable salt from Hudson, handcrafted porcelain from Spencertown and raw seasonal honey harvested at Farmstead Hudson Valley.

For travelers, the collection also offers inspiration for exploring the communities behind the box. Spend an afternoon discovering the shops and businesses of downtown Ellenville, home to newly opened M*STARD; head north to Hudson, where Chef Daniel Sabia of Wood Fired Food draws inspiration from the region for his live open-fire cooking; then explore the farms, villages and makers of Columbia County, including Spencertown-based ceramicist Mary Anne Davis of DAVISTUDIO.

Our Summer Table

The limited-edition Summer 2026 box includes:

  • DAVISTUDIO (Spencertown, NY): A porcelain salt dish by ceramicist Mary Anne Davis, whose whimsical, nature-inspired porcelain work has been part of Hudson Valley tables and homes for more than two decades.
  • Wood Fired Food (Hudson, NY):  Chef Daniel Sabia’s Roasted Vegetable Salt, inspired by his approach to live open-fire cooking and the connection between food, season and place. The savory blend combines leeks, carrots, fennel, charred onions, garlic, thyme, parsley, Aleppo pepper and black pepper with kosher salt.
  • M*STARD (Ellenville, NY): Stone Ground Dijon Mustard from Christopher and Alyssa D’Amico’s new Hudson Valley mustard company. Made the old-world way using a cold stone-grinding process without heat, the classic Dijon has a buttery-smooth texture and distinctive bite.
  • Farmstead Hudson Valley (Stockport, NY): A jar of the farm’s own pure, raw seasonal honey, harvested by hand and offering a bold, complex and herbaceous expression of the surrounding landscape.
  • Farmstead Hudson Valley: A set of 100% cotton illustrated napkins created for the Summer collection, designed for the table and versatile enough to double as bandanas on hot summer days.

Each box also includes Farmstead Hudson Valley’s recipe for Honey Mustard Vinaigrette, bringing together M*STARD Dijon, Farmstead Hudson Valley honey and Wood Fired Food Roasted Vegetable Salt with lemon and olive oil.

Our Summer Table is available for $85, with complimentary shipping within the U.S.
