The Stars of the Industry Awards recognize outstanding hospitality professionals from across New York State who demonstrate exceptional professionalism, commitment, service and dedication to their work.

Millington was nominated for the honor by Sam Luciano, President of Fort William Henry Corp., in recognition of her outstanding service and contributions to the hotel.

The Roomkeeper of the Year award honors a housekeeping professional whose performance reflects a strong commitment to guest service and excellence within the hospitality industry.

Millington will be formally recognized alongside other hospitality professionals from throughout New York State at the NYSHTA Stars of the Industry Awards Dinner on October 26, 2026, at Turning Stone Resort Casino in Verona, New York.
