Hudson, NY – Klocke Estate, an authentic earth-to-glass distillery producing brandy and artisanal spirits using the methods of Calvados and Cognac, proudly announces the launch of its ready-to-drink (RTD) cocktail collection: FLYBACK. Named for the chronograph watch feature that resets time, this luxurious beverage invites you to sip slowly while enjoying the brilliant nuances of Klocke’s apple brandy and vermouth, crafted at their Hudson Valley estate.
The line debuts with three signature offerings—the FLYBACK Appletini, the FLYBACK Brandy Manhattan, and the FLYBACK Claverack Old Fashioned. These sophisticated cocktails deliver an elevated tasting experience and provide the perfect introduction to brandy and vermouth. FLYBACK is available at the distillery as well as select retailers throughout the Hudson Valley and New York City.

Ingredients: Klocke Estate Apple Brandy, Brevis White Vermouth, Honeycrisp Apple Juice

A fresh and vibrant take on a modern classic, the FLYBACK Appletini balances the crispness of Honeycrisp apple juice with the smooth complexity of Klocke Estate’s Apple Brandy and Brevis White Vermouth.
· FLYBACK Brandy Manhattan
Ingredients: Aged French Brandy, Brevis Red Vermouth, Klocke Estate Bitters
ABV: 35%
A bold reimagining of the iconic Manhattan, this cocktail marries the richness of a French barrel-aged brandy with the depth of Brevis Red Vermouth and house-crafted bitters, delivering a refined and warming sip.
· FLYBACK Claverack Old Fashioned
Ingredients: Calvados VSOP, Maple Syrup, House-made Bitters
ABV: 30.0%
A timeless cocktail classic brought home and reimagined. The Claverack Old Fashioned harks back to the first definition of the term “cock-tail” on May 13, 1806, in Hudson’s The Balance and Columbian Repository reporting on an event that took place just miles from Klocke Estate, in Claverack. It offers notes of spiced apple along with a lush mouthfeel, balanced bitterness, and an expressive nose of smokey, locally crafted maple syrup.
