Lake George, NY - The Lake George Arts Project is bringing the grooviest party on the lake back this summer with Strawberry Fields Forever, the organization’s annual Summer Party & Cruise fundraiser taking place on Wednesday, June 17, 2026.
After last year’s speakeasy-inspired celebration, this year’s FUNdraiser takes a colorful turn toward the Summer of Love with a playful throwback theme inspired by the spirit of the 1960s. The evening brings back strawberries (the theme that started it all) reimagined with vintage vibes and a Summer of Love twist. The event will feature music, light fare, dancing, and plenty of surprises, all to support the arts in the Lake George region.
“This event has always been about bringing people together in a way that feels joyful, creative, and uniquely Lake George,” said Tanya Tobias, Executive Director of the Lake George Arts Project. “This year’s theme is nostalgic, playful, and just plain fun. Whether you join us for the cruise, the party, or both, it’s going to be an unforgettable summer night supporting the arts.”
Guests can choose to attend the cruise aboard the Horicon from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m., the party at the Lighthouse Grill from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., or enjoy the full evening experience with both events combined.
Proceeds from the Strawberry Fields Forever Cruise + Party directly support the Lake George Arts Project’s free and accessible programming, including exhibitions, public art initiatives, educational opportunities, Jazz at the Lake, and the organization’s summer concert series.
