Canandaigua, NY — Roseland Waterpark officially celebrated the grand opening of its newest attraction, Roseland Mini Golf, with a ribbon cutting ceremony held yesterday morning. The event welcomed community leaders, business partners, and supporters to mark the completion of the 18-hole course, which adds a new family-friendly activity to the Canandaigua and Finger Lakes region.
Roseland Mini Golf features 18 creatively designed holes, including 9 that are ADA accessible, built by Harris Miniature Golf Courses of Scranton, PA. The course is designed for guests of all ages and skill levels, providing a fun, accessible way to enjoy the outdoors.
The project was made possible in part through funding from Ontario County via the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), which recognized the economic challenges faced by Roseland Waterpark during the 2020 season, when the park was unable to open due to public health restrictions.
“We’re thrilled to officially open Roseland Mini Golf to our community,” said Ryan Fuller, Director of Operations at Roseland Waterpark. “This project is about more than just adding something new — it’s about continuing to create spaces where people can make memories together, and we’re grateful to everyone who helped make it possible.”
The ceremony was attended by Senator Pam Helming, Alexis Ogra on behalf of Assemblyman Jeff Gallahan, City of Canandaigua Supervisor Nancy Yacci, Mayor of Canandaigua Bob Palumbo, and Tracey Dello Stritto, President & CEO of the Ontario County Chamber of Commerce, along with many local supporters and business partners.
Roseland Mini Golf is now open daily, with hours and pricing available at www.roselandminigolf.com.
