Perfect Weather Forecast, Corvette Giveaway, and Special Reward Await May 10 Attendees
Saratoga Springs, NY — With the weather looking ideal and anticipation reaching new heights, the Saratoga Automobile Museum’s Spring Auto Show is set to break records when it returns on Saturday, May 10, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Saratoga Spa State Park.
Organizers are expecting to surpass last year’s impressive turnout of over 950 vehicles, and this year’s goal is clear: 1,000 registered cars, trucks, and motorcycles. In celebration, the museum is offering a special prize to the 1,000th entrant—a PLUS Museum Membership valued at $150, which provides unlimited admission to museum exhibits and programs for an entire year.
“Along with the membership, we’re going to reserve a display space right next to me in the award area for the 1000th entrant’s car, truck, or motorcycle,” said show MC Ron Hedger. “I’m looking forward to interviewing him or her along with our trophy winners selected by the judges.”
To accommodate the anticipated record turnout, new judging classes have been added for 2025 to ensure that outstanding vehicles of all types are recognized. The awards ceremony, set for 1 p.m., will be a highlight of the day, as Hedger interviews winners from nine judged categories, culminating with the prestigious Best in Show.
Adding even more excitement, the museum will draw the winner of the 2025 Corvette Sweepstakes live at 2 p.m., offering one lucky supporter the chance to drive away in a brand-new Corvette.
Advance registration is available now at www.saratogaautomuseum.org for $20, a $5 discount off the day-of rate of $25. All registrants receive two admissions to the museum, where the newly opened Golub Gallery exhibit, Speed – Style – Legacy: The Corvette Story, will be on display.
As always, the show is free for spectators and will feature an expanded selection of vendors, food trucks, and sponsor displays from Alfa Romeo of Albany, Northeast Acura, Saratoga Honda, Porsche of Clifton Park, and Mohawk Collision Center. On-field registration and parking open at 8 a.m.
Held on the museum’s sprawling event field along the Avenue of the Pines, the Spring Auto Show is not only a celebration of automotive excellence but also a reunion for the region’s car community after a long winter. With perfect weather, great food, rare vehicles, and high-energy programming, this year’s event is shaping up to be one for the record books.
