Saratoga Springs, NY — By popular request, Standard Fare is pleased to announce a new date for its highly anticipated culinary collaboration with acclaimed chef and restaurateur Ruby Felix-Curtis of Jersey City’s Next Door Provisions.

The one-night-only Filipino menu takeover will now take place on Monday, February 23 at 7:00 PM, offering guests an intimate, chef-hosted dining experience celebrating culture, heritage, and storytelling through food.

This special event will offer guests a rare opportunity to experience Filipino cuisine through the lens of one of the region’s most compelling culinary voices. Born in the Philippines and trained at the French Culinary Institute, Chef Ruby Felix-Curtis draws inspiration from heritage, memory, and global influence. Her deeply personal approach to cooking is rooted in the flavors of her upbringing and refined through years in celebrated kitchens. For this special evening, Chef Ruby will prepare and present a thoughtfully curated prix-fixe menu designed to immerse guests in Filipino culture, tradition, and storytelling through food.
