Sullivan Catskills, NY - Sullivan Catskills Visitors Association and Bethel Woods Center for the Arts are teaming up for the second annual immersive culinary event coined Catskill Cuisine, taking place May 10-12, 2024.

Drawing on the success of last year’s inaugural event, Catskill Cuisine 2024 will be a bigger extravaganza spanning the weekend, with the one-day festival portion being held at the historic site of the 1969 Woodstock Festival (Bethel Woods Center for the Arts).
“Bethel Woods was honored to host Catskill Cuisine last year,” said Eric Frances, CEO of Bethel Woods Center for the Arts and Chair of the SCVA. “We are so pleased to see the event grow into the multi-day festival we always dreamed it could be.”
In addition to the Food Festival, the event will feature a Charity Golf Tournament and exclusive Mother’s Day Brunch both featuring culinary offerings curated by the celebrity chefs. Catskill Cuisine will bring visitors, entertainment, and cuisine together while allowing Sullivan Catskills culinary experts to shine and promote the region’s agritourism and local farms, craft food, and beverage makers.
Thousands of Food Festival attendees will be able to explore Bethel Woods Center for the Arts’ iconic grounds, and take part in tastings, demos, meet and greets, book signings, and a local producer marketplace– all representing the Sullivan Catskills' diverse and delicious bounty. Confirmed celebrity chefs include Andrew Zimmern, Michael Symon, Scott Conant, Marcus Samuelsson, Anne Burrell, Melba Wilson and Geoffrey Zakarian, amongst others.

- Catskill Cuisine Celebrity & Chef Invitational: Play the historic Monster Golf Course at Resorts World Catskills with celebrity chefs to support A Single Bite, a Sullivan Catskills non-profit organization that is educating and feeding hungry neighbors with real and healthy local food. This will include a mix of friendly competition and delicious food, plus an exclusive Post Dinner Reception with Scott Conant and Marcus Samuelsson.
Saturday, May 11
- Food Festival Extravaganza: The culinary journey will feature local, national, and international cuisine, live cooking demos, and the chance to taste dishes crafted by renowned chefs.
Sunday, May 12
- Mother’s Day Brunch: Enjoy a private Sunday brunch experience hosted and curated by celebrity chefs Anne Burrell and Melba Wilson.
